A mechanical engineer with a Master’s in Thermal Engineering and three decades of international MEP experience. Sanjay helped deliver a 412-room five-star hotel and casino in the U.S. Territories, and supported the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu from construction through 18 years of facility operations. His specialist training spans HVAC controls, building automation and firefighting systems.

Er. Manish Nidhi is a registered engineer (NEC Reg. No. 404) and an ISHRAE member with over ten years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering. He has designed and delivered more than 2,000 HP of HVAC systems across Nepal’s hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors. He has also led MEP works on prominent projects, including the Himalayan Wing renovation at Soaltee Crowne Plaza. He holds a Master of Engineering in mechanical design and manufacturing from IOE, Thapathali Campus, along with certifications in VRF systems and energy auditing. Fully proficient in design, estimation, and project delivery, he is driven by a commitment to transparency, promptness, and client satisfaction.

Er. Sanjib Kumar Thakur (Sharma) is a registered electrical engineer (NEC Reg. No. 2606) with ten years of experience in electrical works. He spent five years with Airtech Industries Pvt. Ltd as a site engineer across hospitality, healthcare and corporate sectors, and a further five years with Ele Tech Pvt. Ltd—an MEP company—serving as project manager for hospitality, healthcare and corporate projects. His hands-on background spans site execution through to project management and delivery.
